Your KeyPoint Staffing representative will perform the following multi-step recruitment process with each candidate.  

  • Active Sourcing: Utilize our industry expertise to channel in on certain skills and experiences that candidates would need to excel in the role.
  •  Phone Screening: Assess whether the candidates goals and ambitions align with that of your organization.
  • Technical Skill Evaluation:  If applicable, either your own or one of ours.
  • Reference Checks: See the candidates impact on others.
  • Interview Stages: Coordinate and easily setup interviews.
  • Background Check / Drug Screen (If Applicable)
  • The First Day:  Ensure that everything is in order for a successful start.
 
Throughout the process, we provide updates and maintain constant communication.  Even after the placement, we make sure to stay in touch!
